Task Insurance

Today we’re excited to announce the launch of Airtasker Insurance – a brand new initiative which we’re launching as part of our commitment to trust and quality in your community.

Airtasker Insurance is a $20 million public liability insurance policy for third party injury and property damage and covers community members when they complete tasks via Airtasker. There are no additional costs or extra fees for Airtasker Insurance, but as with most insurance policies, there are exclusions and the policy is subject to terms and conditions. For more info, please visit Airtasker.com/insurance or ping us at support@airtasker.com.

Finally, although we aim to provide the highest levels of trust and quality at Airtasker, every marketplace carries some risk, so please be mindful and wary. As a member of the Airtasker community, your feedback on how we can improve the marketplace is highly valued so if you have any constructive feedback or ideas, please share them with us – we’d love to hear from you.  Cheers!

Hi, I was just wondering if you offer your policies directly to customers or if we need to get it through a broker. I searched through http://www.allinsurancebrokers.com.au but couldn’t find much details about your company.

  2. Hi Elie, Thanks for getting in touch. If you head over to our insurance page, you should find everything you need to know. Please let us know if you have any more questions or get in touch with our customer support team at support@airtasker.com
